I would like to say a very big ‘Thank You’ for helping me with my solar hot water system saga after the disappointing issue I had with my first attempt to sort out my problem with the other company. I was relieved after our conversation. I would also like to thank the two fitters who came to do the job early in the morning which was completed in a very short time. This then enabled me to do the things I needed to do that day.
They were both very polite and professional. This was one time when a bad experience turned into a very good one, so Thank you all once again.

My husband and I recently chose to extend our 1.5kW solar system. The original system was nearly 5 years old and was not purchased from Solahart. We got a quote from Merlin Snyman who couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed to extend our system but keep our 44 cent rebate and Merlin guided us without us feeling pushed into anything.
The installers were wonderful. They were friendly and professional and went out of their way to assist us.
I attended the office at Underwood and even they couldn’t have been more friendly. As a woman in my sixties, I often feel overlooked by sales staff etc. in my dealings but from our Solahart experience, I felt a valued customer.

My family and I purchased a house 3 years ago with solar panels.

Merlin would apologise when he couldn’t back to us straight away due to meetings and trainings but always kept in contact.
Merlin explained everything in detail what needed to be changed for our panels, why it needed to be done, bringing it up to the safety standards. Merlin advised and not pressured.
When it was time to upgrade technician Hayden (another great person) kept in contact, explained what he was doing and made sure we understood everything. Hayden said to call him if we had any questions.
